CONSULTANCY SERVICES
Our approach to consultancy in program
development and support
TICH consultants normally examine in detail the client’s request as a
team, develop a comprehensive technical proposal and, jointly with the
client, work out modalities for implementing the proposal. The major
aim is to make every consultancy a capacity building process, a
meaningful learning experience for all stakeholders and thus promote the
possibility for long-term partnership. The purpose of such a
partnership is to enhance the effectiveness of each program we are
involved in to maximize the impact on people’s lives, building on the
capacities of all partners involved. Our strength goes beyond a short
term “hit-and-run consultancy” to a shared responsibility for program
development and success. We are committed to excellence in all aspects
of our work and ensure every assignment is an opportunity to demonstrate
this commitment.
